At duogreen, we maintain the highest quality of our products at all times.
All of our products undergo rigorous stringent quality control test stages from start to finish and only those that pass the test are released to the customers. Even after all these tests, sometimes there might be a rotten apple within the bunch and that is why we offer a generous warranty period for all of its products. 1. Shipping damage.
   
2. Unpacking and/or removal of protective shipping material.
   
3. Service required as a result of improper installation
   
4. Damage from modification or incorporation into other products.
   
5. Battery damage due to charging failure, alteration, negligence, abuse, accident, improper installation or freezing.
6. Misapplied or incorrectly sized batteries.
7. Discharged batteries that can be recharged and returned to service.
